Guido Noto La Diega holds a Ph.D. degree in private law and he is a commercial lawyer. He is President of Ital-IoT (@italiot) and lecturer in Law at the Northumbria University of Newcastle (UK) in Intellectual Property, European & English Legal Systems. Guido is also specialist in Data Protection and Freedom of Information at Northumbria and he is carrying out research at the University of Glasgow within the Copyright Evidence project.
He has been post-doctoral researcher in cloud computing law at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies of the Queen Mary University of London (UK).
